Sahabas Group is a peer recovery support organization grounded in the teachings of
Islam. We specialize in supporting individuals during critical life transitions, including
reentry after incarceration, time in transitional facilities and individuals navigating substance use.
We believe that recovery is more successful when people are supported by peers who
understand their faith, culture, lived experiences, and personal challenges.
At Sahabas Group, individuals are not asked to leave their identity at the door. They are
welcomed, respected, and supported as whole people.
